Suggested Use: Insert one (1) suppository into vagina once a day for 7 days. If symptoms persist, repeat for another week. If needed, suppositories may be used twice daily (every 12 hours). 

Suppositories may also be used as part of a regular self-care routine 2-4 times weekly. As well as after sex and at the end of menstrual cycle to feel fresh and pH balanced. 

It is recommended to use a pantyliner while using suppositories as extra wetness will occur as healthy vaginal pH is being restored.
